Two Choral Amens

These two extended choral Amens were written for the marriage of Caroline Higgins and Oliver Condy at All Saints Church, Trull, Somerset on Saturday 27 October 2012.
The first Amen, in D major, is scored for SSATBB and features a gradual build-up of layered scale passages. The second Amen, in A major, is scored for SSAATTBB and features canonic and mirrored interplay between the four upper voices and the four lower voices.
